Description

Brie goes exceptionally well with sweet spreads. You can replace the cranberries with any kind of jam—fig, cherry, apple-berry—it all works.

24 to 48 tsp Brie, divided
½ c. cranberry relish
1 tbsp. finely chopped orange, including rind
apple slices, for garnish

    1. Lightly brush both sides of each baguette slice with olive oil. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 5 minutes per side; cool. Spread 1 to 2 teaspoons Brie on each crostini. Stir together cranberry relish and finely chopped orange. Spoon over Brie. Garnish with green apple slices.
