Things To Grab


    1. To bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

    2. Place grillers on prepared baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes, or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees.
    3. To grill, preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium heat.
    4. Place a sheet of heavy duty foil, coated with non-stick cooking spray, on grill. Place grillers on foil and grill 30 minutes. Move chicken off foil and directly onto grill grates. Continue to grill 5 to 10 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees.
