Cake Mix Rhubarb Crunch

1 packet(s) yellow cake mix | ||
¾ c. margarine, melted | ||
Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread rhubarb in a 9-by-13-inch pan.
- Combine sugar, flour, egg and water. Pour over rhubarb.
- Sprinkle cake mix on top. Drizzle with melted margarine.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until brown. Serve warm with Cool Whip, if desired.
