    6 c.chopped rhubarb
    2 c.sugar
    4 tbsp.flour
    1egg
    ½ c.water
    1 packet(s)yellow cake mix
    ¾ c.margarine, melted
    Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Spread rhubarb in a 9-by-13-inch pan.
    3. Combine sugar, flour, egg and water. Pour over rhubarb.
    4. Sprinkle cake mix on top. Drizzle with melted margarine.
    5. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown. Serve warm with Cool Whip, if desired.
