2 c. uncooked Hy-Vee twisted elbows veggie pasta
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
¼ c. fresh chopped basil
8 oz. fresh mozzarella, cubed
½ c. reduced-fat balsamic vinaigrette
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water; drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, vinaigrette, salt and pasta; toss gently to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
