1 (16 oz) pkg plain rotini pasta, uncooked
2 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped
1 large cucumber
1 (8 oz) jar pimientos, chopped
1 ½ c. granulated sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 ¼ c. white vinegar
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package directions until tender. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, chop green pepper. Cut cucumber in fourths lengthwise and then into 1/4-inch-wide slices.
  3. Combine cooked pasta, green pepper, cucumber and pimiento.
  4. In separate bowl, mix together sugar, salad oil, vinegar, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Pour over pasta mixture.
  5. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
