2 c. dry tri-colored pasta
1 ½ c. small broccoli florets
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. sugar snap peas, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
¼ c. light Asian toasted sesame salad dressing
Sesame seeds, optional

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli to water during last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, broccoli, mushrooms and peas.
  3. Drizzle with salad dressing and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  4. Chill before serving.
