1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee Colby Jack cheese cubes | ||
1 medium tomato, diced | ||
1 (2.25 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained | ||
½ c. balsamic vinaigrette |
Directions
- Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool.
- Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Add rotini to salad. Toss to coat.
- Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
