Servings and Ingredients
|2 c. hot water|
|½ c. sugar|
|1 tbsp. salt|
|½ c. vegetable oil|
|½ c. warm water|
|2 packet(s) dry yeast|
|7 c. flour|
- Place hot water in mixing bowl. Add sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Mix and let cool.
- Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Add yeast mixture to hot water mixture.
- Beat in flour, adding 1 cup at a time.
- Knead. Place in a greased bowl. Let rise.
- Form into 3 loaves or into dinner rolls. Let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
