    2 c. hot water
    ½ c. sugar
    1 tbsp. salt
    ½ c. vegetable oil
    ½ c. warm water
    2 packet(s) dry yeast
    7 c. flour


    1. Place hot water in mixing bowl. Add sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Mix and let cool.
    2. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Add yeast mixture to hot water mixture.
    3. Beat in flour, adding 1 cup at a time.
    4. Knead. Place in a greased bowl. Let rise.
    5. Form into 3 loaves or into dinner rolls. Let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
