Directions
- Mix flour, sugar and beer. Pour into a loaf pan sprayed well with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- *Self-rising flour can be made by mixing 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. Triple this recipe to make the amount of self-rising flour for this beer bread recipe.
