¼ c. Hy-Vee sugar | ||
3 tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder | ||

1 (12 oz) can beer | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee butter, melted |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in beer until mixed through. Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan and top with melted butter.
- Bake for 1 hour, remove from pan and cool for at least 15 minutes.
