    3 c.Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee sugar
    3 tsp.Hy-Vee baking powder
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee salt
    1(12 oz) can beer
    ½ c.Hy-Vee butter, melted

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
    2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in beer until mixed through. Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan and top with melted butter.
    3. Bake for 1 hour, remove from pan and cool for at least 15 minutes.
