Description

This gluten-free bread doesn't require a bread machine or any special equipment. In fact, it's made with a gluten-free pizza crust mix.

1 (10.5 oz) Betty Crocker Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Mix (yeast packet included)
1 Hy-Vee large egg, slightly beaten
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 clove(s) garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Grease loaf pan with Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Heat 1/4 cup beer (90 to 100 degrees), add yeast packet; let sit for 5 minutes. Pour contents of gluten-free mix into a bowl. Add yeast mixture, egg, cheddar cheese, and garlic; stir until just combined. Add remaining cup beer, mix until smooth.
  3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake 22-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 200 degrees.
  4. Cool 10 minutes in pan; remove. Cool completely before slicing.
