|1 lbs. 100% Natural Angus Reserve sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick|
|½ c. mesquite marinade|
|½ c. light blue cheese dressing|
|¼ c. Amablu blue cheese crumbles|
|¼ c. chopped Hy-Vee walnuts|
|3 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, cooked, crumbled|
- Place steak and marinade in a large resealable bag. Seal bag; turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high (350 to 400 degrees). For blue cheese topping, in a small bowl combine blue cheese dressing, cheese crumbles, walnuts and bacon; set aside.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 to 6 minutes per side or until instant read thermometer registers 145 degrees for medium-rare. Remove from grill; let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice steak across the grain and serve with blue cheese topping.
