    1 lbs. 100% Natural Angus Reserve sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick
    ½ c. mesquite marinade
    ½ c. light blue cheese dressing
    ¼ c. Amablu blue cheese crumbles
    ¼ c. chopped Hy-Vee walnuts
    3 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, cooked, crumbled

    Directions

    1. Place steak and marinade in a large resealable bag. Seal bag; turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
    2. Preheat grill to medium-high (350 to 400 degrees). For blue cheese topping, in a small bowl combine blue cheese dressing, cheese crumbles, walnuts and bacon; set aside.
    3. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 to 6 minutes per side or until instant read thermometer registers 145 degrees for medium-rare. Remove from grill; let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice steak across the grain and serve with blue cheese topping.
