    Assorted roasted vegetables, for serving

    Directions

    1. Season swordfish steak with seasoning.
    2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add small amount of cooking oil.
    3. Add swordfish and cook about 4 to 5 minutes per side or until opaque. Serve with vegetables.
