|1 tsp.||chopped fresh oregano|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|1 tbsp.||Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
|Juice of one lemon (about 1/3 c.)|
|1||(12 oz) pkg Fish Market swordfish steaks|
- Combine oregano, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice in resealable plastic bag, mix well. Add fish and toss to coat well. Marinate for 20 minutes.
- Drain fish, discard marinade and grill on greased rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 5 minutes. Turn fish and grill 3 to 7 minutes more or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
