    2 tbsp. chili powder
    1 tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 (8 pound) Hormel Always Tender pork butt roast
    48 small Hawaiian dinner rolls or slider buns, cut in half and toasted
    Barbecue sauce, for serving
    Prepared deli coleslaw, for serving

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    2. In small bowl, combine the chili powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper and rub it on the exterior of the pork.
    3. Place roast in a large roasting pan. Bake for 5 hours or pork shreds easily.
    4. Remove meat from the oven and let stand for 15 minutes. Using two forks, shred meat.
    5. To serve, place meat on the bottom half of each roll. Drizzle pork with your favorite barbecue sauce and top with a little coleslaw, if desired.
