    2 ½ lbs.pork loin
    ½ c.chopped onion
    1 clove(s)garlic, minced
    ¼ c.packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee dry mustard
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
    ¼ tsp.Hy-Vee black pepper
    2 ½ c.Hy-Vee barbecue sauce
    1 tsp.liquid smoke
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee white vinegar
    8Hy-Vee hamburger buns

    Directions

    1. Place pork in a slow-cooker.
    2. In a medium bowl, stir together onion, garlic, brown sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, barbecue sauce, liquid smoke and vinegar. Pour over pork loin.
    3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or pork shreds easily.
    4. Remove pork loin from sauce, reserving sauce. Shred pork. Stir together pork and reserved sauce. Serve on hamburger buns.
