    1 ½ c. fresh squeezed orange juice
    ⅔ c. Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
    1 ½ tbsp. all-purpose flour
    ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
8 small Granny Smith or other crisp dessert apples

    2. Whisk together orange juice, SPLENDA [trademark] granular, flour and cinnamon in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens slightly.
    3. Remove from heat; whisk in margarine and orange peel.
