    4 Granny Smith apples
    ½ c. Hy-Vee raisins
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee pecan pieces
    ¼ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon
    ¼ tsp. nutmeg
    ¼ c. water

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Slice the top 1/4-inch off of each apple. Remove and discard cores.
    3. In a medium bowl, combine raisins, pecan pieces, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stuff into apples and place in a small baking dish.
    4. Pour water in the bottom of the baking dish.
    5. Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are soft.
