    1 ½ lbs.80%-lean ground beef
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    ½ c.Hy-Vee mayonnaise
    1 tsp.smoked paprika
    6Hy-Vee bakery hamburger buns
    6lettuce leaves, such as baby, Boston or Bibb
    2tomatoes, sliced
    12strips Hy-Vee thick sliced bacon, cooked
    12 oz.crumbled bleu cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
    2. Form ground beef into 6 patties and season with salt and pepper. Grill patties about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
    3. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and smoked paprika in a small bowl. Set aside.
    4. Assemble burgers on bakery buns with seasoned mayonnaise, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, bacon and bleu cheese.
