Buffalo Bacon Blue Cheese Burger
Servings and Ingredients
|1 ⅓ lbs. 80%-lean ground beef|
|1 c. shredded iceberg lettuce|
|1 large tomato, sliced|
|4 Baking Stone ciabatta rolls|
|12 strips Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and diced|
|1 c. bleu cheese crumbles|
|Buffalo sauce, to taste|
- Place shredded lettuce and tomato slice on bottom roll, top with burger patty, diced bacon, bleu cheese crumbles and buffalo sauce and top bun.
- Form ground beef into 4 patties. Grill patties until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
