    1 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
    1 large tomato, sliced
    4 Baking Stone ciabatta rolls
    12 strips Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and diced
    1 c. bleu cheese crumbles
    Buffalo sauce, to taste

    Directions

    1. Place shredded lettuce and tomato slice on bottom roll, top with burger patty, diced bacon, bleu cheese crumbles and buffalo sauce and top bun.
    2. Form ground beef into 4 patties. Grill patties until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
