⅓ c. Fresh Churned Garlic Butter with Parmesan and Basil
¼ c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Hy-Vee smoked paprika
½ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic salt
¼ c. Hy-Vee ketchup
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee buffalo wing sauce
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees according to manufacturer's instructions. Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Melt Fresh Churned Garlic Butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir in Parmesan cheese, paprika, and garlic salt. Add potato wedges and toss until coated. 

  2. Place potato wedges in a single layer in air fryer basket. Air-fry in batches for 12 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Meanwhile, combine ketchup and buffalo wing sauce; set aside. 

  3. Toss cooked potato wedges with additional melted garlic butter and fresh parsley. Serve with buffalo ketchup.
