    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 (9.75 oz) package Hy-Vee taco dinner kit (shells, taco sauce and seasoning mix)
    1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee refried beans
    ¼ c. water
    1 (12 oz) package Hy-Vee 6-inch flour tortillas
    1 (8 oz) package Hy-Vee shredded taco cheese
    1 (2.25 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 (8 oz) package Hy-Vee shredded lettuce

    Directions

    1. Over medium heat, cook ground beef in large skillet until brown. Drain; rinse. Stir together seasoning mix from dinner kit, refried beans, water and half the ground beef. Cover with a paper towel and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
    2. Bake taco shells at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Wrap tortillas in paper towels and heat in microwave oven on HIGH until warm, about 10 seconds per tortilla.
    3. Spread 2 tablespoons of bean mixture on tortilla. Wrap tortilla around outside of taco shell. Fill taco shell with 2 tablespoons meat, cheese, olives, tomato and lettuce. Top with taco sauce.
