    ½ lbs. ground beef
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    ½ c. Hy-Vee mild salsa
    ¼ c. chopped green onion
    8 Hy-Vee taco shells
    ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded 2%-milk cheddar cheese, divided
    1 (2.25 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained, divided

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain and return to skillet.
    2. Stir in sour cream, salsa and green onion. Simmer over medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    3. Spoon beef mixture into taco shells. Top with cheese and olives.
