Turkey Reuben Melt
Servings and Ingredients
|¼ c. sauerkraut, drained|
|¼ c. light Thousand Island dressing|
|8 slice(s) marble rye bread|
|½ lbs. Di Lusso low-sodium deli turkey breast|
|4 (1 ounce each) slices low-fat Swiss cheese|
- In a small bowl mix sauerkraut and dressing together until blended.
- Spread sauerkraut mixture evenly onto 4 bread slices; cover each slice with one-fourth of the turkey and 1 cheese slice. Top with remaining bread slices.
- Coat a medium skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Add sandwiches; cook 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese melts.
