    ¼ c. light mayonnaise
    ¼ c. light sour cream
8 slices Hy-Vee Bakery rye bread
    8 thin slices red onion
    4 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, softened

    1. In a medium bowl combine tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, and salt and pepper to taste. Spread the tuna mixture on 4 bread slices. Top each with 2 onion slices, 1 slice of cheese, and 1 slice of bread.
