1 (7.4 ounce) pouch albacore tuna | ||
3 tbsp. reduced-fat Italian dressing | ||
2 tbsp. chopped basil | ||
2 tbsp. chopped green onion | ||
1 (8 ounce) loaf Take & Bake baguette | ||
4 tbsp. Hy-Vee sliced black olives, divided | ||
4 slice(s) mozzarella cheese, divided | ||
4 tomato slices, divided |
Directions
- Stir together tuna, dressing, basil and green onion until combined. Set aside.
- Slice baguette into 4 pieces. Split in half horizontally and place open on a baking sheet. Broil 1-1/2 minutes.
- Divide tuna mixture among 4 of the baguette halves. Top each with 1 tbsp black olives and 1 slice of cheese.
- Broil another minute or until cheese melts.
- Top each with tomato slice and close sandwich.
