Tuna Melt Mini Pizzas

1 (16 oz) can refrigerated Hy-Vee jumbo buttermilk biscuits | ||
4 (6 oz each) cans Hy-Vee Select albacore tuna, drained | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee light salad dressing | ||
¼ c. chopped green onion | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese, divided |
Directions
- Bake biscuits according to package directions. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Cut each biscuit in half to create 16 rounds.
- Meanwhile, stir together tuna, salad dressing and green onion. Top each biscuit half with 3 tablespoons tuna mixture.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese over each biscuit.
- Broil on HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
