    2 (6 oz each) cans Chicken of the Sea chunk white tuna in water, drained
    ½ c. Hy-Vee seasoned breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
    ¼ c. finely chopped onion
    2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    Hy-Vee salt and pepper, to taste
    4 whole wheat buns
    4 tsp. Hy-Vee tartar sauce, divided
    4 lettuce leaves

    Directions

    1. Preheat a countertop grill.
    2. In a large bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Mix gently. Form into 4 patties.
    3. Cook burgers, with the lid closed, for 5 to 6 minutes or until heated through.
    4. Serve on whole wheat buns with tartar sauce and lettuce leaves.
