|2 (6 oz each) cans Chicken of the Sea chunk white tuna in water, drained|
|½ c. Hy-Vee seasoned breadcrumbs|
|2 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice|
|¼ c. finely chopped onion|
|2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley|
|Hy-Vee salt and pepper, to taste|
|4 whole wheat buns|
|4 tsp. Hy-Vee tartar sauce, divided|
|4 lettuce leaves|
- Preheat a countertop grill.
- In a large bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Mix gently. Form into 4 patties.
- Cook burgers, with the lid closed, for 5 to 6 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve on whole wheat buns with tartar sauce and lettuce leaves.
