2 (6 oz each) cans Chicken of the Sea chunk white tuna in water, drained | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee seasoned breadcrumbs | ||
2 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
¼ c. finely chopped onion | ||
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley | ||
Hy-Vee salt and pepper, to taste | ||
4 whole wheat buns | ||
4 tsp. Hy-Vee tartar sauce, divided | ||
4 lettuce leaves |
Directions
- Preheat a countertop grill.
- In a large bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Mix gently. Form into 4 patties.
- Cook burgers, with the lid closed, for 5 to 6 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve on whole wheat buns with tartar sauce and lettuce leaves.
