    1 medium red onion, cut into quarters
    1 c. teriyaki marinade
    1 lbs. tuna, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 20 cubes)
    1 red bell pepper, seeded, cut into 1-inch pieces
    12 cherry tomatoes


    1. Cut each onion quarter into thirds. In a medium bowl combine marinade, tuna, bell pepper and onion pieces; toss. Cover and refrigerate 30 to 45 minutes.
    2. Remove tuna and vegetables from marinade; discard marinade. Thread 4 skewers with bell pepper, onion, tuna, tomato and tuna again; repeat twice, ending with a tomato.
    3. Preheat broiler. Lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place skewers on baking sheet. Broil 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer skewers to a serving platter. Serve immediately.
