    1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
    2 tbsp. chili sauce
    2 tbsp. parsley, snipped
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    ½ tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 can(s) tuna, drained


    1. Beat together cream cheese, chili sauce, parsley, onion and Tabasco sauce. Gradually beat in tuna until well blended.
    2. Pack into a 4-cup mold or small bowl. Chill thoroughly, at least 3 hours.
    3. At serving time, unmold on serving plate. Serve with crackers.
