1 (16 oz) baguette | ||
1 (12 oz) can Starkist chunk light tuna in spring water, drained | ||
¼ c. finely chopped celery | ||
¼ c. finely chopped Vidalia sweet onion | ||
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee light Italian dressing | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice baguette into 36 1/2-inch slices. Place on baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, combine tuna, celery, onion, parsley, dressing and cheese in a medium bowl.
- Turn each slice of toasted bread over and top with tuna mixture. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until heated through.
