    1 (16 oz) baguette
    1 (12 oz) can Starkist chunk light tuna in spring water, drained
    ¼ c. finely chopped celery
    ¼ c. finely chopped Vidalia sweet onion
    2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee light Italian dressing
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Slice baguette into 36 1/2-inch slices. Place on baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
    3. Meanwhile, combine tuna, celery, onion, parsley, dressing and cheese in a medium bowl.
    4. Turn each slice of toasted bread over and top with tuna mixture. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until heated through.
