|1 lbs.||Hy-Vee boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips|
|3 c.||Hy-Vee frozen mixed vegetables, thawed|
|½ c.||low-sodium teriyaki sauce|
|Cooked ramen noodles, optional|
|Chow mein noodles, optional|
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet; set aside.
- Add vegetables to skillet; cook and stir until they are crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in chicken and teriyaki sauce. Simmer until chicken is heated through, about 2 minutes.
- If serving over ramen noodles, boil noodles for 3 to 5 minutes; drain well. Do not use seasoning packet; reserve for another use. Serve chicken over noodles and top with chow mein noodles, if desired.
