    		2 lbs. canned yams
    		2 egg yolks
    		1 c. sour cream
    		1 tsp. mace
    		½ tsp. nutmeg or allspice
    		1/2 to 1 c. miniature marshmallows

    Directions

    1. Mix yams, egg yolks, sour cream, mace and nutmeg together until well blended. Place in buttered casserole dish. Top with marshmallows.
    2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
