    1 (40 oz) can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee vegetarian baked beans
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee orange juice
    5 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted and divided
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    3 whole Hy-Vee honey graham crackers, finely crushed
    2 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Mix potatoes, beans, orange juice, 2 tablespoons of butter and salt in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 8-by-8-inch baking dish.
    3. Combine graham crackers, remaining butter and brown sugar. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
    4. Bake until top is golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.
