Sweet Potato Wedges
Servings and Ingredients
|4 large sweet potatoes, cut into thin wedges|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted|
|½ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar, divided|
|½ c. Hy-Vee mini marshmallows|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Lay sweet potato wedges on pan and drizzle with melted butter and top with 1/4 cup brown sugar. Bake for 25 minutes or until soft. Top with remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar and marshmallows and continue to cook for about 3 to 5 minutes or until marshmallows are golden.
