¼ c. House of Tsang Bangkok Padang peanut sauce | ||

Directions
- Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup cooking liquid.
- Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add red bell pepper; cook and stir until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium. Stir in peanut sauce and spaghetti. Gradually stir in cooking liquid until desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat and toss with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Variation: Cook 1/2 pound thinly sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts with red bell pepper in step 2.
- *Toast sesame seeds in a small non-stick skillet over medium heat. Stir occasionally until they are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
