4 c. fresh broccoli florets
1 c. water
1 tbsp. sesame seed, toasted*
3 tsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce
1 tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar

Directions

  1. Heat broccoli and water in a large saucepan over high heat for several minutes until broccoli is tender. Drain.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine broccoli, sesame seed*, soy sauce and sugar. Stir to coat.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. *To toast sesame seed: Place seed in dry skillet; cook on medium heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally. (Watch carefully to prevent burning.) Remove from heat; cool.
