4 c. fresh broccoli florets | ||

1 tbsp. sesame seed, toasted* | ||
3 tsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar |
Directions
- Heat broccoli and water in a large saucepan over high heat for several minutes until broccoli is tender. Drain.
- In a medium bowl, combine broccoli, sesame seed*, soy sauce and sugar. Stir to coat.
- Serve immediately.
- *To toast sesame seed: Place seed in dry skillet; cook on medium heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally. (Watch carefully to prevent burning.) Remove from heat; cool.
