    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. flour
    ½ tsp. salt
    ¼ tsp. cinnamon
    ¼ tsp. ground allspice
    ⅛ tsp. ground cloves
    4 (1/2-inch thick) boneless pork chops
    1 tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 (16 oz) can sliced peaches, drained

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, stir together paprika, flour, salt, cinnamon, allspice and cloves. Sprinkle on both sides of chops.
    2. In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook chops on both sides, turning once, for a total of about 7 to 8 minutes.
    3. In a small bowl, stir mustard and peach slices together and add to skillet. Cook and stir until heated through.
