    4 (1/2 lb each) bone-in pork loin chops
    ½ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar, divided
    1 peach, pitted and sliced
    1 nectarine, pitted and sliced
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger
    dash Hy-Vee ground cloves

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pork chops in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar. Top with peach and nectarine slices.
    2. In a small bowl, stir together remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves. Sprinkle over fruit.
    3. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
