4 medium sweet potatoes
½ c. Hy-Vee orange juice
⅛ tsp. nutmeg
⅛ tsp. allspice
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter
1 tbsp. molasses or Hy-Vee brown sugar
1 tsp. Hy-Vee butter


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake sweet potatoes 45 to 55 minutes or until tender.
  2. Cut potatoes in half and scoop the pulp into a mixing bowl; discard peels. Add orange juice, nutmeg, allspice and 2 tablespoons butter; beat until fluffy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Lightly coat a 1-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon potatoes into baking dish. Drizzle molasses over potatoes and dot with 1 teaspoon butter.
  4. Bake, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve hot.
