3 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed
⅓ c. Tofutti Sour Supreme
1 c. Pacific Foods vegetable broth
2 tbsp. flour
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan with enough cold water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.
  2. Return potatoes to saucepan. Mash potatoes. Stir in Sour Supreme.
  3. Meanwhile, to make gravy, combine broth, flour, salt and pepper in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over mashed potatoes.
