    2 (6 oz each) pkg precooked chicken breast chunks
    1 (16 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee mixed vegetables
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried chopped onion
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried parsley
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    2 (12 oz each) jars Hy-Vee chicken gravy
    15 (from 1 1/2 tubes) Hy-Vee refrigerated Texas buttermilk biscuits

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. In an ungreased 9-by-13-inch baking dish, stir together chicken breast, vegetables, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and gravy.
    3. Cover and bake 20 minutes.
    4. Top chicken mixture with biscuits. Bake uncovered an additional 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
