    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 ½ c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated raw carrots
    1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
    1 lbs. powdered sugar
    8 tbsp. margarine, softened

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13-by-9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. Combine sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, oil and eggs. Fold in carrots. Pour into prepared pan.
    3. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool before frosting.
    4. To make the frosting, beat together the margarine and cream cheese. Beat in sugar until light and fluffy. Spread on cooled cake.
