    1 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1 ½ c. peanut butter
    2 tbsp. vanilla
    8 c. Special K cereal
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    6 oz. butterscotch chips

    Directions

    1. Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil in a large saucepan. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Add Special K cereal. Toss to coat. Spread in a buttered jelly roll pan.
    2. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together. Spread over bars.
    3. Cool completely before cutting in bars.
