2 tbsp. vanilla | ||
8 c. Special K cereal | ||
6 oz. chocolate chips | ||
6 oz. butterscotch chips |
Directions
- Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil in a large saucepan. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Add Special K cereal. Toss to coat. Spread in a buttered jelly roll pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together. Spread over bars.
- Cool completely before cutting in bars.
