Pecan Pie Bars
Servings and Ingredients
|½ c.||powdered sugar|
|1 c.||margarine or butter, cold|
|1 can(s)||sweetened condensed milk|
|1||(6 oz) pkg Bits o'Brickle chips|
|1 c.||chopped pecans|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Press into 9-by-13-inch pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Beat sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla together. Stir in brickle chips and pecans. Spread evenly over partially baked crust.
- Bake an additional 25 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
