    ½ c. Hy-Vee canola oil
    1 c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    1 c. Hy-Vee pecan pieces
    3 c. uncooked Hy-Vee quick oats
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder
    1 c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    ½ c. Hy-Vee dried blueberries
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee sweetened flake coconut
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee nutmeg
    Hy-Vee honey, optional

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together oil, brown sugar, eggs and pecans.
    2. Add oats, baking powder, milk, blueberries, coconut, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir to combine.
    3. Pour mixture into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with honey if desired.
