Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink (165 degrees); set aside.

|(1-lbs.) pkg. Jimmy Dean pork sausage|
|4 green onions, sliced|
|1 c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp Cheddar cheese|
|4 Hy-Vee large eggs|
|2 c. Hy-Vee half-and-half|
|1 c. Hy-Vee all-purpose baking mix|
|Desired toppers, such as: sour cream, chopped tomatoes, and/or chopped fresh parsley|

Beat eggs, half-and-half, and baking mix in a large bowl. Whisk until combined; set aside.
Sprinkle cooked sausage and shredded cheese in prepared pan. Top evenly with egg mixture.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into 12 squares and top with desired toppers.
