|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
|¼ c. chopped onion|
|2 Bratos pork and soy links, thawed and chopped|
|4 Hy-Vee large eggs|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee original soymilk|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour|
|¼ tsp. Hy-Vee dried thyme|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper to taste|
|1 (9-inch) Hy-Vee unbaked pie crust|
|¼ c. Veggie Shreds mozzarella-flavor cheese alternative|
|¾ c. Veggie Shreds cheddar-flavor cheese alternative|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in a medium skillet. Saute onion and Bratos until onions are tender.
- In a medium bowl, stir together eggs, soymilk, flour, thyme, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in Bratos mixture and cheese alternative. Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown on top and firm in the middle.
