¼ c. chopped onion | ||
2 Bratos pork and soy links, thawed and chopped | ||
4 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee original soymilk | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee dried thyme | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper to taste | ||
1 (9-inch) Hy-Vee unbaked pie crust | ||
¼ c. Veggie Shreds mozzarella-flavor cheese alternative | ||
¾ c. Veggie Shreds cheddar-flavor cheese alternative |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in a medium skillet. Saute onion and Bratos until onions are tender.
- In a medium bowl, stir together eggs, soymilk, flour, thyme, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in Bratos mixture and cheese alternative. Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown on top and firm in the middle.
