    8 oz. rib eye steak, cooked and sliced into 12 thin strips
    4 Hy-Vee flour tortillas
    2 c. Hy-Vee cole slaw mix, divided
    ½ c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    ½ c. Hy-Vee medium salsa
    ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded mild cheddar cheese, divided


    1. In a medium skillet, warm steak slices over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
    2. Wrap tortillas in paper towels and microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds.
    3. In a small mixing bowl, stir together sour cream and salsa.
    4. On each tortilla, layer 1/2 cup cole slaw mix, 3 steak slices, 1/4 cup sour cream/salsa mixture and 2 tablespoons cheese. Roll each tortilla and serve warm.
